To assist the GM with administrative related duties that are not in direct alignment with revenue however have an impact on operational excellence.
The GM Administrative assistant adds the most value to the organization by truly being the right hand of the GM.
Things a GM may ask their admin for help with :
Answering phones Analysis of reports Review of processes and assistance in teaching or refreshing them.
Creation of spreadsheets for roll ups or board meetings Scheduling Cost savings analysis and negotiations with vendors Communication liaison between departments, outside vendors, HR, Accounting and more.
Essential Functions of the position:
Understand and reinforce the Mountain Motorsports mission statement.

Maintain a culture that allows the team to ask questions and expect detailed answers.
Ensure that all incoming mail or similar items are properly put in the bin for transfer.
Collect information associated with customer requests and report it effectively when necessary for Warranty Cancellations and other customer related issues.
Coordinate the purchase of office supplies, event food or business related goods as needed.
Implement and utilize cost saving strategies when possible.
Review and understand all MMS process and procedures and be able to teach them as needed.
Be a liaison for interdepartmental communication, GM, and accounting.
This includes the proper communication and timely completion of accounting issues communicated digitally via Trello.
Maintain the logs for company vehicles and company credit cards.
When there is an event or meeting at your location, procure the necessary tables, chairs, entertainment , food etc Help with various administration activities, filing, reports etc.

Order and/or pick up lunch for the team on Saturdays.
Manage the uploading and monthly reconciliation of sales deal scanning.
Complete End Of Day and account for any overage or loss.
Complete weekly deposit for offsite vendor cash pickup.
Receipt incoming checks on store level to the proper department.
Complete and process all UCC's and new/used title work that is of a standard nature Track all used titles coming from lien holders to reduce delays and increase inventory turns.
Scan and file MSO's/Titles in store/ Maintain incoming/outgoing MSO's & Titles Become a notary QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education Requirements 1 to 3 years related experience and or training with documented previous performance Driving Requirements :
Clean MVR to be insurable under our insurance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
