The Athletics Administrative Assistant and Game Day Operations is responsible for developing and facilitating game day operations and staffing for Tusculum home events.
Supports the Athletic Department in areas related to compliance, athletic training, summer camps, and student-athlete development.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree is required; 1-3 years' experience in a related field preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn and work with new computer software systems and databases.
Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
The position is subject to the results of pre-employment testing and background check.
An employment background check includes a criminal background check, employment verification, license verification (if applicable) and credit history (if applicable).
If hired, the candidate will be required to submit proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
