30pm-10pm 3rd-9:

00am SHIPPING COORDINATOR-Conducts or coordinates detailed tasks of Logistics work.
Performs work that involves conventional shipment of fifth wheels and fifth wheel products.
May also perform a variety of Customer Service functions.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include, but are not limited to:
a) Process packing slips, ASN's and sequenced paperwork.
b) Schedule pick-ups with transportation companies via phone or Internet.
c) Process any bar code labels needed d) Communicate with Customer Service on orders and shipments.
e) Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
b) Shipping documentation preparation experience preferred.
c) Ability to gain knowledge in applicable MRP computer systems.
d) Good public presence and communication skills.
e) Good phone etiquette.
f) Flexible work schedule.
g) Ability to gain knowledge of company products.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
a) Work is generally performed in office setting (80%), however some work in the factory may be required to gather information, take measurements, etc.
(20%) b) While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, hear and frequently required to walk; use hands, reach, stoop, bend, twist, stand and occasionally will be required to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
