Job Description:
The ideal Procurement Clerk will be responsible for auditing invoices, addressing internal customer needs, developing vendor relationship and invoice resolution and analysis.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Reconcile monthly statements from vendors to ensure all invoices have been received and closed for payment and also clean the system of accrued maintenance purchase orders no longer needed Various other reporting done weekly and monthly Will be accountable for invoice processing when time allows Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Highly organized, strong attention to detail Strong work ethic, high integrity Excellent communication skills Knowledge of reporting tools & other MIS tools Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Skills:
