Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Assist with the daily operations of assigned digital banking programs, such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.
2.
Respond to and resolve member service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance needed.
3.
Work with existing members, identifying their banking needs and introducing solutions that will ensure a differentiated banking experience.
Through proactive engagement, work to ensure that you deliver the same exceptional service through the digital channels as our members expect face to face.
4.
Assist with other automated services 5.
Help identify, communicate, and drive changes to the program such as product updates, service enhancements, or process improvements as appropriate.
6.
Display a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism at all times.
7.
Cultivate professional relationships with members and team members, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible.
8.
All other duties assigned by management.
