4K a year The Greeneville City School system is currently seeking applicants for an Assistant Principal for Greeneville High School.
Applicants for this position should have a passion for serving ALL students and a strong desire to foster student growth.
This is a new position for the 2023-2024 school year and is pending final budget approval.
The Assistant Principal is responsible for assisting the Principal in providing school-wide leadership and performing administrative, attendance, discipline, and supervisory duties as assigned by the Principal and helping students achieve the fullest benefits from all non-academic programs, services, and opportunities of the school.
The full time position DOES include benefits.
Master's degree in Educational Administration and current valid educator license with administrative endorsement is required.
At least five (5) years teaching experience, prior administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law.
Must meet health and physical requirements.
