Summary:
SoPakco Maintenance Technician (Janitor Custodian) are expected to work as a value member of the maintenance department and support all other departments.
As a maintenance technician (Janitor Custodian) employee, you will be responsible for the daily housekeeping of all facilities and assist other areas/departments when needed.
Required Skills/Abilities per location:
Ability to clean and restock bathrooms.
Ability to clean break rooms Ability to clean shipping & receiving office.
Ability to empty trashcans.
Ability to sweep warehouse (broom and/or motorized industrial floor sweeper) Ability to mop white lines.
Ability to use webster to knockdown spider webs.
Ability to paint white lines as needed.
Ability to paint caution lines as needed.
Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
Ability to learn motorized industrial floor sweeper.
Assist other areas/departments when needed.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, squat, knell, twist, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
