The title of this position is Patient Service Specialist because that is the focus, serving our patients with a smile and excellent service.
Employee will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, scanning and maintaining medical records, verifying insurance, obtaining insurance authorizations and benefits, and other general medical office tasks.
Skills needed:
Friendly, composed, teachable, and efficient Good people skills and ability to work well in team office setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with computers & tech savvy Able to create a good impression with patients as this is a privately-owned clinic that is very concerned with our customer/patient relations Able to comply with patient confidentiality and has integrity in all office tasks Able to maintain the flow of the office without oversight Ability to multi task essential Ability to react to office situations in calm demeaner Timeliness expected
