Temp to Hire

We are now accepting applications for multiple factory positions in a full time Temp to Hire capacity (40+ hrs / week). We are hiring for ALL shifts. Further details are listed below:
Hiring for all shifts
Required to have or purchase steel toe boots/shoes prior to starting work
Competitive pay including 4 raises over a span of 1 year
Entry Level $9.13
3 Month Raise to $9.67
6 Month Raise to $10.23
9 Month Raise to $10.50
12 Month Raise to $11.01
$0.25 / hr Shift Premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
Bonuses are paid quarterly according to safety and production standards being satisfied
Other information on the job(s):
Multiple positions within the facility to be filled, so candidates should be willing to work in whatever capacity is requested by ASG or our client.
Once hired, if for any reason you are asked to switch jobs or change shifts and your availability has "suddenly changed"-do not expect to continue your employment with ASG. We will attempt to assist you if possible, but it is not always possible to accommodate each situation. The ability to change shifts and jobs as needed is an ongoing requirement of the job(s).
These positions are fast paced, production driven jobs that require attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.
Overtime is not optional. Most positions will work a minimum of 40-60 hours per week. All hours that are requested by ASG or our client are mandatory and must be worked as scheduled or requested. Non-compliance with this requirement is grounds for dismissal.

NOTE: These positions are full time jobs with ASG. There is the potential to be hired on by our client for full time employment with them if all the requirements of the job are met and all the policies and procedures followed. There is no set time frame for this to happen and it is not guaranteed to happen if associates do not follow all policies and procedures as well as adhere with exact detail to the attendance policy. Attendance is the quickest way to impress and get your foot in the door and is the quickest way to lose your job as well.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
