Part Time Administrative Assistant
We are now accepting applications for a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Secretarial Position within our Greeneville, TN office. More details are listed below.
Monday through Friday
12 PM to 5 PM (hours subject to change as needed)
Must have a professional appearance and outgoing attitude
Must have good interpersonal skills in order to deal with the public and applicants on a daily basis
Must be able to effectively pre-screen applicants and pass on information to the Staffing Manager
Must have excellent phone skills including call screening and taking messages using multi-line phone systems
Must have experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be able to work as a member of a team
Must show initiative and assist in keeping our office clean and professional in appearance
Starting Pay will be determined by level of education and experience, typically between $8-$10 per hour
At times, this position will require working additional hours throughout the week. A typical week will be between 25-30 hours per week.
Applicants should present their High School Diploma or GED along with 2 forms of identification upon being called for an interview.
Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment. If hired, the position will include random drug testing.
