Order Mgt SpcstUse computer system to execute ship confirmation, back orders, returns, and drop shipment.
Generate pick ticket, packing list, shipping label, bill of lading, commercial invoice, and other required shipping documents.
Monitor and address processing issues.
Interact with AG Transportation to ensure least-cost freight carrier is utilized.
Work with shipping supervisors to ensure customer requirements are met.
Problem-solve and address questions regarding shipments, inventory, etc.
for the department, other departments, or external requests.
Track shipments, process proof of delivery requests, inbound shipment claims, and assist in chargeback resolution.
Interact with outside warehouse vendors to resolve issues.
Correspond with internal and external parties in a professional manner.
Prepare and interpret reports including researching data, creating or populating spreadsheets.
Complete special projects or other duties assigned.
Assist with resolution of inventory problems and physical inventory counts.
Communicate with customer service concerning product shortage.
Execute annual review of customer requirement documents to update the computer system.
Cross-train and provide backup within the Traffic Office.
Train full time and temporary staff.
Provide back up for other departments.
Perform various administrative duties.
